- Do you charge per staff member?
- No. We think per-staff pricing is punitive and we refused to build it. You pay for usage (bookings per month), not headcount.
- How is pricing structured?
- One simple flat monthly fee — no per-staff charges, no transaction cuts, no lock-in contracts. Tell us your expected booking volume and we'll recommend the right plan. Cancel any time.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new account gets 14 days free — no credit card required.
- Can I export my data if I leave?
- Yes, any time. Full export of customers, appointments, and staff data in CSV format. No lock-in.
- Do you take a cut of my revenue?
- No. Your booking revenue goes directly to you. We charge a flat monthly fee and that's it.
- When would you NOT recommend Bookla?
- Honestly — if you need an integrated POS, inventory management, or a customer marketplace that sends you new clients, we're not the right fit yet. Those are Phase 3 considerations at the earliest. If you need those things today, a heavier enterprise suite might serve you better despite the cost.
